This page contains every rule we use to screen overseas creators —
not marketing copy, but the actual logic running in our system.
Hold us to it. Compare it against any other agency. Check the numbers.
We built this standard to protect creators from fake collaborations and delayed payments. We only work with verified brands. No hidden fees, no forced exclusivity, and your rights are fully protected.
We know what it feels like to be asked for free content and then never hear back. We know what it feels like to chase a commission payment for weeks. That is exactly why we wrote these rules down and put them in code — so that no creator has to wonder whether they are being treated fairly.
If you meet the standard, we will tell you plainly. If you do not, we will tell you exactly what is missing and what to add. We will never pretend you are further along than you are.
Two problems dominate this industry: fake or synthetic accounts used to pad numbers, and agencies that take creator content without paying. Both exist because the screening standard is hidden — brands cannot check how agencies screen, and creators cannot know what rules they are being judged by.
We publish everything for one reason: so brands can hold us accountable, and creators know what to expect.
These rules are not written on paper. They are written in code. Every outreach email and every brand-matching report must pass this verification first, or it does not go out.
These six items are the complete basis on which we judge whether a creator is real and deliverable.
Six credentials alone are not enough to enter our Creator Pool. You also need:
| Condition | Requirement |
|---|---|
| ① Five credentials complete | Legal name, business email, shipping address, PayPal, agreed terms — all five |
| ② At least one core platform | YouTube channel, Amazon Storefront, TikTok, or Instagram — any one of the four |
| ③ Verified media | 2+ original videos that passed manual review for authenticity and relevance |
| ④ No blockers | Not blacklisted, not previously rejected, not a system account, no DNC flag, not dormant, no address or urgency risk flags |
If any one of the four conditions is unmet, the system will not generate a brand-matching report. This is a code-level constraint, not a manual review step.
Tiers are based on credential completeness and let you see at a glance how far you are from being deliverable.
A note on the "15-dimension rating": the actual dimensions our system evaluates today are the six listed above. A finer 15-dimension rating is on our roadmap and has not launched, so we do not claim it here. We would rather acknowledge fewer dimensions than fabricate a seemingly professional system.
These three are enforced inside our code. No script, no API, and no AI-generated message can bypass them.

This is the one rule with no exceptions.

is blocked by the mail gateway and never sent.| Common problem in this industry | What we do instead |
|---|---|
| Fake or synthetic accounts used to pad numbers | Media verification requires manual review on three criteria. Anything a machine cannot judge is reviewed by a person |
| Agencies take creator content and never pay | A PayPal account is one of the six credentials. No payment channel, no pool entry |
| Promises of samples that never ship | Red line ②: sample promises are blocked at the system level. We can only state the real process |
| "Shipped" status without anything actually shipping | Red line ①: no tracking number, no shipped status — enforced in code |
| Opaque standards brands cannot check | This page. Everything is public, and you can verify it |
If you are evaluating a creator agency, ask them the same questions:
what are your five credentials? How do you verify media?
Will you put your admission line in a contract?
If they cannot answer, you already have your answer.
