PERFORMANCE LADDER · TWO-SIDED ACCOUNTABILITY
Affiliate Performance Ladder
Performance-Based Creator Partnership
Sellers get a low-cost first test.
Creators get credibility and reach — but must prove conversion power with real data.
We don't move traffic. We verify whether the traffic is real.
⚖️ SOLE MEASUREMENT STANDARD
CPS-attributed sales — sales generated through the creator's dedicated tracking link.
Total sales, views, and likes are not considered.

1. Why this mechanism exists
The biggest problem in creator marketing isn't cost — it's that you can't tell whether
a sale came from the creator or would have happened anyway.
We take no cut of creator fees, and we do not subsidize them either.
What we provide is something scarcer: our credibility as a guarantee —
putting you in front of serious sellers and showing exactly who you are,
what you've done, and what you're worth.
Core principle: The first test is not "money from the platform."
It is the platform putting its credibility on the line for you.
That guarantee has a cost — we stake our own judgment and reputation on it.
So the data must tell the truth: proven, we keep pushing you; failed, you step down.
This is not a penalty. It is the natural consequence of a guarantee.
SELLER SIDE
We cover your testing risk, so you never burn budget on junk traffic.
Note: This mechanism is performance-based. The first test charges only a
fixed coordination fee — no upfront slot fee of any kind.
If a creator drives 0 attributed sales, tiered fee adjustment or removal applies automatically.
- Low-cost first test via pooled slot booking
- If a creator drives no sales, we require a fee reduction — you don't pay more
- Three consecutive misses removes them from the Top 100 network
- You never pay for low-quality traffic
CREATOR SIDE
We take no cut. We give no cash. We give credibility.
- Earn directly: base creation fee and CPS commission come from the seller — we take 0%
- Low barrier to exposure: pass verification and enter the creator pool for premium brand briefs
- Perform well, enter the Top 100: more orders, a track record you own
- Underperform, step down: zero sales means unproven value — the next round's fee may be adjusted
2. The Betting Flow — Four Steps
From link generation to tier change, every step is documented.

Scale up or step down
Sales → scale; zero → adjust
🛡️
Fairness shield: If data was not attributed (showing 0) because the seller
failed to provide a valid link, the link expired, or the product/store was
unavailable, the creator may appeal. Once verified,
that instance does not count toward Strike_Count.
3. The Ladder — your comeback path
If a series generates zero CPS-attributed sales but the creator's fundamentals
are strong (e.g. established Amazon influencer, verified follower base),
the platform grants another opportunity. From the second round on,
the base creation fee is adjusted downward step by step.
1
First test · Low-cost entry
Seller pays a minimal coordination fee to book a pooled slot — this is the platform's low-cost first test. The creator's base fee is paid by the seller; the platform takes no commission and provides no subsidy.
2
Second · Fee halved
First series produced zero attributed sales. Fundamentals qualify, so a second chance is granted. Base fee halved.
3
Third · Pressure increases
Second series also produced zero. Fee reduced further — the creator must study the product seriously.
4
Fourth · Last chance
Third series still zero. This is the final opportunity to remain in the network.
✕
Three zero-sale series · Removed from Top 100
No CPS-attributed sales across three consecutive series. Removed from the recommended network; no longer prioritized for briefs.
Note: The ladder is measured per series, not per individual video.
Only three series with zero attributed sales trigger demotion. A single failed
series does not cause removal.
We operate strictly on a Performance-Based Creator Partnership.
We do not take a cut of your fees, and we do not subsidize them either.
What we provide is something scarcer — our credibility as a guarantee.
If your content drives real sales, we scale together with premium campaigns.
If not, we adjust the baseline fee for the next round.
We only retain top-tier creators in our Affiliate Network.
Zero-sales creators will be removed from our Top 100 Affiliate Network.
This is not a penalty — it is how we keep the network worth being in.
4. Three zero-sale series — tier adjustment
Three consecutive series with no CPS-attributed sales is treated as unproven performance.
The platform notifies the creator courteously and applies tiered handling.

Cross-verification
Confirmed across multiple sellers → permanent removal
We don't shame anyone. We record outcomes.
Demotion is not punishment — it's how limited opportunities go to creators who convert.
Any creator can return to the list through their next genuine sale.
5. What we track
Two core metrics are maintained per creator and shown to sellers as warning labels.
All data comes from the CPS attribution system — self-reported numbers are not accepted.
| Field | Meaning | Shown to sellers |
| CPS_Success_Rate |
Hit rate: share of past series that generated CPS-attributed sales |
Percentage range |
| Strike_Count |
Zero-sale count: cumulative times a series produced 0 attributed sales |
⚠️ Warning label |
Seller commitment: If a creator has already been fee-adjusted one or more times,
we proactively show the warning label when recommending them.
We never present a demoted creator as a "top pick."
6. Seller obligation — stay above the break-even line
This mechanism protects sellers, but it also asks something of them.
All discounts and commissions must stay above the safe line of the 35-item full-cost model.
Ensure that a single winning product recovers your entire investment and turns a profit.
If the commission rate is so high that every sale loses money, that's not the creator's
problem — it's a pricing problem. We'll run your numbers through the 35-item model
before any engagement.
7. Scope and boundaries
| Applies to |
This policy applies to creator engagements contracted after publication of this page. Existing agreements follow their original terms — no retroactive application. |
| Measurement |
Solely CPS-attributed sales. Total sales, views, likes, and comments are not considered. |
| Series definition |
One "series" = a complete content engagement around the same product. Specific terms per the cooperation agreement. |
| Appeal channel |
Creators who believe attribution data is incorrect may appeal. Review covers: tracking link integrity, attribution window settings, product availability. Results provided in writing. |
| Force majeure |
Zero sales caused by product delisting, stock-out, or Listing suspension (non-content reasons) does not count toward Strike_Count. |
Operational discipline & anti-false-positive |
Before starting, the creator must confirm with the seller/platform that the
Amazon Attribution tracking link is properly implemented and live,
keeping a screenshot or written confirmation.
If data was not attributed (showing 0) because the seller failed to provide a
valid link, the link expired, or the product/store was unavailable,
the creator may appeal; once verified,
that instance does not count toward Strike_Count.

THREE PREMISES · PLEASE READ FIRST
①
This policy applies only to creators contracted after publication.
Existing agreements follow original terms — no retroactive fee adjustment.
②
All measurements use CPS-attributed sales only.
Total sales, views, likes and comments are not used for judgment.
③
This page is a supplemental policy and does not supersede the
platform's existing base terms. Where conflicts arise,
the interpretation more favorable to the creator prevails.
This one matters most: If zero sales resulted from a problem with your own
product (stock-out, delisting, Listing violation), it is not the creator's failure.
We don't charge our books to the creator's account.
8. How to generate your tracking link
Measurement is based on CPS-attributed sales, which requires each creator to have a
dedicated tracking link. This link must be created by you in Amazon Seller Central.
Why we don't generate it for you:
Amazon Attribution strictly requires seller account permissions. Any third party
claiming to "auto-generate" it needs access to your seller account —
which is exactly where account-association risk lives.
We would rather add 30 seconds to your workflow than compromise your account security.

Naming tip: For the campaign name in step 3, use the format
CreatorID_ASIN_Date — e.g.
CSD013_B0XXXXXXX_202611.
This lets you match each data point to a specific engagement at a glance.
9. Effective date, notice and amendments
This policy takes effect from the date of publication.
All creators are required to confirm they have read and understood these terms
before participating in any campaign.
As the ecosystem evolves, we reserve the right to adjust these terms.
However, any material change affecting creators' core interests will be
announced on this site at least 30 days in advance,
and we will actively support both parties through the transition.
Our position: Rules are a mutual contract, not a tool for squeezing anyone.
We do not use "final interpretation rights" clauses —
they are neither lawful nor reputable.
| Item | Our practice |
| Effective | Takes effect upon publication; creators confirm before participating |
| Amendments | Material changes announced 30 days in advance, with transition support |
| Disputes | Governed by the signed cooperation agreement; we provide attribution data review |
| What we never use | "Final interpretation rights", unilateral modification without notice, or similar invalid clauses |
We are partners, not exploiters.
